Hi, I am Michael Fernandez. As a lifelong resident of Galveston County, I have a great deal of knowledge of Galveston County and the surrounding counties including Brazoria and Harris counties. When buying or selling a house, you should expect to work with someone who will always have your best interest first, is of high integrity, honest, and will listen to what you want to achieve in selling your home or in purchasing your new dream home.
With over 20 years of experience working with both buyers and sellers and negotiating agreements, I understand what is needed to be successful to achieve the results my clients are looking for.
